The slide-board combines the functions of sports equipment for the back and abs and a real children's slide for skiing. Parents may suggest that walking on an incline board is a great exercise for their child to strengthen the arch of the foot. Lying on your back on the board and holding onto the bar with your hands can do simple exercises to relax the spine: "bicycle", bending of bent legs to the sides, and turning over on your tummy, pulling your arms and sliding down the board is both fun and useful.
